Interview Experiences NA
Success Story I will share my experience with you. The IOCL selection process is divided into two parts, Gate Score (80–85% ) and Interview(15–20%). The interview process comprises both of personal interview followed by GD. I was called for interview based on my Gate Score. The interview panel consisted of 4–5 members. First they asked about my brief interview. Then they asked about some Current Affairs topics. Then comes the GD round. You are free to speak in either English or Hindi. The topic was “ways to increase regional tourism during lockdown” . Overall the interview process was good . The panel members were supportive.
Brief Testimony In my success, there is very important role of JASPAL SIR. He is the god of civil engineering. Whatever subjects JASPAL SIR has taught me is still my favorite subjects.
